Shipping policy

Kurlys Beauty Boutique is not responsible for missing or lost packages. Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 days from when they are placed.

Due to the ongoing pandemic there are shipping delays. Please be patient while we try to work through the matter. Mt Vernon residents can choose free pick up or drop off NOT delivery- all items shipped regardless of address will incur shipping charges unless the $40 minimum is met.

You will be notified by email with your tracking number when your order ships. We are not responsible for your order once it has been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier and reference your tracking number to ask for the status of your package. For example, if you're tracking number says your package was delivered. Yet, you did not receive it, you will have to contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Kurlys Beauty Boutique is not responsible for the package once it has been  given to the shipping carrier.
